Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other third-party processors. We do not store full credit card information.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time.

Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a comparable substitute or a full refund.

3. Shipping

Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days are generally shipped the same day. Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are not guaranteed unless you select a guaranteed shipping service. Yo Props is not responsible for carrier delays. See our FAQ for full shipping details.

4. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 6-month breakage replacement guarantee and accept returns on unaltered items. Full return and replacement terms are outlined on our Guarantee page. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if placed in error or if we are unable to fulfill them. We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged for fraud or associated with prior payment disputes or chargebacks. Customers with unresolved chargebacks or escalation cases may be refused future service.

6. Accounts

If you create an account on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@yoprops.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
